Todd always does what he says he is going to do. He is non-nonsense and honest, just the way I like it. He gave me realistic, market appropriate information and did just what he said he would. Todd has sold 2 houses for me now and we got exactly what we wanted. He knows the area so well, and is a big part of the community. He has great contacts and often sells houses before they hit the market - he really is linked in with the area. He truly is a master at what he does. There was so much behind the scenes stuff that he dealt with when it came to selling my house and I am so thankful he was able to manage that for me.
