I enjoyed working with Parth on the sale of my property. He was always professional and definitely understands the housing market. Communicates well and keeps you in the loop if any changes happens. He is very knowledgeable and will help you get the price you want.

It was my absolute pleasure to deal with Mr Rajni Dabhi of Savaa Properties (for both the sale of my previous house and the purchase of my new house), which is run by Mr Parth Joshi. Also my pleasure dealing with Mr Mihir Vora regarding the financial side of things.

Very honest & reliable service provided by Mr Joshi & his team.

Andrew Drane was professional, extremely efficient and proactively provided accurate information. We were able to make the right decisions throughout the sale of the property and we achieved a solid result in an uncertain and challenging market. Well done Andrew and team!

Difficult sale process that wouldn't have happened without superior negotiation skills of Andrew . His experience shines through .

Andrew and Robert were amazing . Their service and knowledge of the current market was outstanding.Whilst the experience was daunting to us as 1st time selling after 40+ years they both put us at ease. They entire process went smoothly. We were kept informed all the way with exceptional feedback and updates during open homes. We feel assured that with their help we would be in the right position to get the best price achievable. Both Andrew and Robert we could not fault..they are honest..trustworthy..reliable..experienced..and weath of knowledge which is hard to beat. The day they arrived at our door we knew they were the ones that we would put our trust in ..with one of the biggest decisions you make..which is selling your home. If thinking of selling or buying please ensure your 1st point of call ..is to these 2 amazing gentlemen. Our genuine rating would be....100 % ...... 10 out of 10. Well done and a huge thank you ..Andrew and Robert..could not have done it without you both. From new friends.. Phill and Tracey Whilesmith
