Michael went beyond the call of duty by allowing access to the property at our time frame

Michael is both friendly and diligent. He is always responsive and caring for his client's best interest.

Honest, genuine and never “pushy”. Prior to listing, Michael initially he spent a few, unhurried hours, thoroughly inspecting the property, he suggested a few improvements that made a big difference to the way the house presented and the best way to proceed with the sale. Michael always kept us up to date following each open house with viewers feedback. Ultimately securing a very satisfactory sale prior to auction. I would highly recommend Michael

Our experience with Bruce selling our house was exceptional! His knowledge of the local market is second to none. We were kept informed regularly, so we knew exactly what the incoming offers were and given expert guidance on how to respond. Our property sold in less than 2 weeks and at a price we were extremely happy with. Bruce is a real estate genius!

Bruce and his team are a very professional, competent and honest agency. Bruce kept us updated after every open house, provided us with regular reports about interest and showed his commitment to sell our property at the right price. He took us through each step of the process and was always willing to answer any of our questions. Thank you McLachlans. Your expertise was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend him and his team.
