Selling a house is my biggest nightmare. Stress factor 10 out of 10. I have a disability which makes things that little harder. Ben got right in there and led the way. Ben was 3 steps ahead of me at all times. Choosing Ben was a no brainer as I knew Ben to be trust worthy and honest and represent me in that light. Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”.
