Kim advised how she would market the property, and we agreed on when to start etc. We had multiple offers from that first weekend and Kim worked diligently with all parties to secure a great price. This Was accepted but eventually fell through. However Kim had maintained contacts with the other parties and was successful in getting another great offer without having to readvertise etc. Kim maintained contact with me throughout the process until contracts were signed and sale was to proceed to completion.

From the beginning Trish was a very pleasant and professional person to work with during the preparation and sale of the property.
