Peter was very professional and patient with me as the buyer and helped to get particular issues sorted out regarding the OC (Occupation Certificate) of the property. While this was happening, he checked in regularly with me and the seller to ensure we were comfortable with the process. A good example of his value is that during the sale process he had to undergo a medical procedure and the moment he was not available it was evident. His professionalism and communication were sorely missed, and his office (acting on his behalf) was not as competent.
