U fortunately we were selling in a bad/hard market but i honestly believe his knowledge of the market is what got us the best price in the circumstances. He was constantly updating us with changes and giving us options. If I called he always answered even if it was to tell me he was busy but then called back ASAP. He was constantly calling back potential buyers with any changes and keeping them in the loop.
