Kevin has just sold our fourth property for our family!!! What started out as complete chaos, with a purchaser mucking us all around. Kevin buckled down (never giving up) and found us a new buyer. Everything has just gone so smoothly with this buyer. Kevin is top notch in his communication. Always keeping us informed. Never promising anything he cannot deliver. Honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. Do yourself a favour, and get Kevin Spaulding from PRD to sell your property. You won’t be disappointed!!

Taran displayed exceptional market knowledge which combined with his enthusiasm culminated in a successful sale at the price requested. I could not ask for more communication was exceptional, and I understood what was happening at all times. Would definitely recommend Taran as a stalwart of the vendor.
