JUST THOSE SMALL THINGS MADE IT LOOK LIKE A HOME WHICH I TRULY BELEAVED HELPED GET THE PRICE WAY ABOVE WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING. WE SPENT A SMALL AMOUNT ON REVAMPING THE HOUSE BUT GOT BACK 4X THE AMOUNT ON THE SPEND AND WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO AN OPEN. YES, THE HOUSE WAS SOLD BEFORE THE FIRST OPEN. THE MONEY WE SPENT WAS WLL WORTH IT AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO CLAIM MOST OF IT BACK ON TAX. SO, IF YOU THINK THAT ITS NOT WORTH SPENDING THE MONEY AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF YOUR TIME TO DO THIS THINK AGAIN ITS REALY WORTH IT, TAKE IT FROM US. LISTEN TO JULIE, SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING.
