Agencies in Upper Mongogarie, NSW, 2470

we were the purchaser, and Rob and others in the team were very helpful

Rob handled the negotiations very well in a delicate manner

Rob was a good communicator and provided a lot of assistance and helpful referals to get our property ready for market while we were interstate. His price guides were accurate and we were very happy with the result.

Jeremy talked us the through the whole sales process very well at the first meeting. He inspected the property, collected photos and footage and then discussed with us a recommended listing price and value. The property was then listed with an impressive description and photos in a very timely manner. Jeremy was always quick with returns call's and didn't waste our time with tyre kickers during the buyer inspection process. Offers were passed on quickly and the final negotiations left me feeling sure our thoughts would be communicated effectively.

Selling your home can be a stressful experience, Jeremy at APL realeste, made the whole experience easy, stress free and very casual. His knowledge of the local area is extensive, his communication is excellent, keeping you in the loop with every move made. His honestly is what seperates him from the rest, the is no grey area it’s just black and white. Highly recommend Jeremy Miller if ever you are considering selling or just to inquire to learn a little more, he is always up for a chat to help you better understand the processes of selling your home. Couldn’t be more grateful.

Jeremy was very Professional and listened to everything we wanted. From conveying messages to potential buyers to talking to solicitors on our behalf. We strongly recommend Jeremy as the Realestate agent to use.
