Her communication is excellent, and with a number of clients on her books she contacted potential buyers before it was fully on the market and generated a lot of interest. She handled a number of offers and clearly presented them to me and explained some pros and cons of certain offers, and went back and pressed the potential buyers to get me the absolutely best possible price.
