Stewart was able to identify how much my home was worth before it was put on the market and was able to provide an accurate and honest reading of the market. Communicating with him was great and he replied to me straight away each time. He is very accomodating in all aspects and I highly recommend him!

I met Stewart at a couple of open houses for properties that McGrath LBM were showing. The property I ended up buying pretty much sold itself it was that great - but Stewart was awesome to deal with in relation to all my questions, getting copies of receipts for transfers of the deposit, liaising between the seller and myself with regard to getting a fence installed on the property, responding efficiently to any queries, etc.
