Offers and expression of interests were forthcoming to enable us to reduce our expectations somewhat, without pressure. The mood of the market was hesitant and buyers,especially the eventual buyer, were very nervous. James handled the negotiation process with aplomb and his patience with the buyer [ and probably us ] won the day. An honest and likeable person!
