Dalbir went above and beyond in selling my property. His expertise and hard work ensured a smooth process from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

As a purchaser I found Nicole to be very honest, reliable, efficient and communicative. I felt that while clearly representing her client (vendor) she was also responsive to our requests and facilitated an outcome that I believe was effective for both parties. The whole process has been a great experience and I recommend Nicole whether you are a vendor or purchaser.

Karen Branch is undoubtedly one of the best real estate agents in Victoria, and Lara Branch Realty stands out as the top real estate agency. Everyone at the agency provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure their clients are taken care of. Both Karen and Adrian played a pivotal role in helping me secure the property I wanted, finding solutions even when the situation seemed impossible. Throughout the entire process, they were kind, caring, and patient, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring everything went smoothly. They liaised effectively between myself and the vendor, addressing concerns and resolving issues with professionalism and ease. Thanks to their friendly and proactive approach, what could have been a challenging process turned into a seamless and positive experience. Having had some dreadful experiences with property purchases in the past, this one was a refreshing change. I highly recommend Karen, Adrian, and the team at Lara Branch Realty. This recommendation is not made lightly—they truly excel in every aspect of their work.
