We have used Julie to buy and sell properties in the Gisborne. Julie is very conscientious and driven to succeed, which is good for all parties. Julie aims to please everyone which can fill her diary very quickly and can lead to the odd clash of appointments. But her buoyant personality overcomes any animosity. Julie works hard for her clients. We sold during the height of Covic-19 and had to accept a drop in price by about 6-7% but that was no fault of Brad Teal or Julie.

Julian is very approachable and relaxed. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision and he was very forthcoming with any information I requested.
