Agencies in Mildura - Wentworth

Amanda and Tim took all the stress and hassle out of selling our home. They understood the pressures of wanting a quick sale while also juggling a young family and a tight timeline, and from start to finish we were met with genuine kindness and support. Amanda knew the local market inside and out and gave us simple, clear advice on how to prepare our home for sale and what was realistic. Both Amanda and Tim treated our home with such respect, it felt like we were welcoming friends over for dinner rather than meeting with agents. It makes such a difference choosing a local agency that truly loves the community and understands the area, rather than a larger chain. We signed with Mildura Property Advisers on Thursday night and by Saturday night we had accepted an offer, off market, and above our buffer price. Our home sold effortlessly and we could not have wished for a better outcome. No open homes, no big advertising and no stress and anxiety! We are extremely grateful for Amanda and Tim.
