Chris sat down with us and worked through our concerns, understood the approach we wanted to take and then went and worked on getting that exact outcome. Within 24 hours we had an offer, and within 48 hours of that we had a contract. Communication with Rental Agent, conveyencers and agent could have been much better, but found Michael easy to deal with and readily contactable.
