Could not of asked for a better team to support our family during the sale of our family home. They provided support in organising the refurbishment of the home and working with the various trades. It was great working with a team of people that guided you through a difficult process and provided honest and supportive advice.

The house was sold even without much advertising. We think it was mainly due to market knowledge and negotiation skills of the agent. The agent was also very open about the price expectation. We believe it is challenging these days to finalise a sale. Considering that challenge, we think the agent has done a very good job, as the house was not on the market for a long time. Generally, we are very happy with the final outcome although the price achieved was slightly below our expectation. Therefore, it would have been better if the commission was lowered a little bit, if that was done, we would have achieved our price expectation. We feel like that due to the total time spent on the sale process was also not much.
