Wayne is not only super down to earth but also beyond accomodating and calming. He answered every call and silly question with patience and genuine kindness, met with us on short notice to show us a private showing of our (now) home and kept us in the loop the entire process. He also worked on fixing any issues to ensure our house was perfect for settlement & even whipped out a tape measure for us to get sizing for the space when we bought a couch. We had a great experience with Jodie selling our home. It is worth noting Jodie faced some very tough situations and negotiations during the sale process.  It is to Jodie's credit that she managed various issues very well looking after our best interests whilst at the same time remaining on positive terms with the buyer.
