We went with Chris at Raine and Horne as we knew we were dealing with locals who had a good grasp of current values. Our initial discussions with Chris and Margaret confirmed the direction we thought we would take in marketing our property. Chris gave us very prompt feed back from the prospective buyers. Byron took the open Saturday inspection and had a contract on the house that Saturday evening. Chris knows the area very well and had up to date knowledge with what is happening with future development in the area, easy to contact whenever needed and had quick to answer any emails, phone calls or questions.
