Documents were sent on time, and he was able to make time to meet/review documents even late in the day and/or on weekends for me which was a great help. He was able to give me good insight into the buying process, and I always felt he was honest with me regarding my offers. He also corresponded well with my conveyancer when required. Overall, Alvin was a great help to me in a stressful time.
