All of them failed, I was demotivated and demoralised; during a random search on realestate.com.au I stumbled across a property that was advertised by Felipe. The process began, I finally secured the property. During the cooling-off period and settlement period Felipe was there to advise on the entire process. He identified exactly what my solicitors and bank would say at every stage, providing consistent support and resolution to any issue either party had regarding contracts, approvals and inspections. He always made time for me, given my standard working week I was unable to view the house further unless it was on weekends. I'd send him a text and within minutes I'd receive a response detailing his availability, on the last occasion he drove over 45 minutes to meet me at the property so that my builder would advise on the appropriate plan moving forward; we were there for only 15 minutes.
