Nathan provided great insight in the market as well as advice on timing against competing properties and how to best present our home for sale. He provided advice around the strategy of pricing and how to attract buyer interest and we had very honest discussions about the pros and cons of our home and how best to leverage its strengths. We also had time pressure to sell personally and so needed to be realistic in pricing. While the price wasn’t what we would have like, with my own research of the market, other sales and what properties were available, I believe he supported us well in the sale we achieved.

Mark's communication and feedback was outstanding. He displays good local knowledge of the Market and his Communication with me through the entire process was outstanding. Mark was not pushy and allowed us to make informed decisions based on his knowledge and expertise. The whole process was without stress and made for a nice experience.
