Baden was professional and organized in his approach to selling our family property. He set optimistic, yet realistic goals, carefully explaining each step of the process to allow us to make informed decisions. He stayed in regular contact through both phone calls and emails so we were kept up to date at every stage. This included detailed emails regarding prospective clients and potential prices. He worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome for us while taking care to follow our instructions. He made a stressful situation much easier and we felt confident leaving the sale of our property in his hands. I would happily engage his services again if the opportunity arose.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Selling a rural property can be challenging, but from start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently by Baden . Communication was excellent, we were kept informed every step of the way, and he worked hard to achieve a great outcome . Badens knowledge of the rural property market, dedication, and professionalism made the experience smooth and stress-free as possible. We highly recommend Baden to anyone looking to buy or sell a rural property. Thank you for your hard work and outstanding service!

Baden was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Baden to any prospective sellers.
