Alya is a great communicator and ultra savvy agent. On our first meet she told me how to go about getting what we wanted. I followed her advice to the letter. She knew the market and the buyers. Her list of contacts was extensive and everyone she brought in to help with the process exceeded my expectations. Her work ethic was very impressive. She also was very respectful of the buyers which they liked and so trust was built. Short version, great agent who achieved the price I wanted. Would recommend to anyone.
