Kenji is a very professional , efficient and experienced agent. During the campaign, he kept in touch regularly and was always available to discuss any concerns. As I don't live in Sydney any longer, Kenji handled the all the preparation and marketing of the unit and did an admirable job in the negotiations.I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.

From our initial meeting when he walked us through the process, right through the sale (before auction), David kept us informed at every step. He was always available and is genuinely empathetic as to how stressful (and emotional) it can be to sell a properly. His knowledge of Bronte is second to none, having grown up in the area. I wouldn't sell a property in Bronte without using David.

David did a great job finding an off market buyer for our property. We were actually a little dubious about using PPD as we hadn't had a great experience with them when looking at properties to buy a few years before. But we met David at a viewing this time round and liked his friendly, straight-talking manner. We would happily use him again.
