Agencies in Werribee, VIC, 3030

I have had terrible experience with real estate agents in the past, but I have only good things to say about Nick. There were no high pressure tactics, his knowledge of the property in particular and the market in general was excellent, he kept me well informed of the interest and offers from potential buyers, and gave advice when required. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick as your agent and will be using him again in the future.

Billy showed a high level of professionalism and I felt as though he was prepared to listen and positively communicate my position to his internal team and potential purchasers. We achieved our 'realistic' sale price set in a matter of weeks, even though it would have been financially advantageous for Billy to recommend a slower approach.

Fantastic results each ttime.

Katie demonstrated excellent knowledge in understanding the market, forming realistic expectations and enabling us to present the property for sale. Her, and her team member's, communication was excellent. The conveyancing team eased the process of the legal requirements. Overall an excellent result.
