We had been dealing with quite a few agents during our search, and honestly, the difference with Frances was night and day. From the start, she was incredibly honest, open and genuinely helpful which is something we really appreciated. Her communication was outstanding the whole way through. She always kept us in the loop, responded quickly, and made what can be a stressful process feel so much smoother. We never felt ignored or left wondering where things were at, which sadly hadn’t been our experience elsewhere. She went above and beyond for us, and it truly didn’t go unnoticed. We’re so grateful for how easy she made the whole process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Great PM in Perth

I was with Austpro for less than a year and have had really good experience for both rental and sales management. All businesses make mistakes sooner or later but what sets Austpro different to others is Ernest and his team are very prompt in taking action and resolving issues when things arise. They are always reachable and easy to communicate with, let alone compared to market, their pricing is quite competitive too. I'll come back in the future for sure when there's a need and I recommend you doing the same.
