I found Josh and the Nowra Raine&Horne team to be knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very helpful and honest .

When we saw the house and fell in love with it, we asked for advice on what’s the best way to secure the house (as we kept falling short on the others) and Josh told us and made it happen. The communication between each other was great and he was very responsive. Definitely a recommend from us!

I found Josh to be very helpful and ready available to answer any questions I had well done Josh and thank you wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him Regards Mandy Walker

Sian nailed it, couldn’t be happier! Amazing from start to finish — super attentive, nothing was ever too much trouble. She went above and beyond, especially with all the little things outside of the opens and making sure the house was looking its best before every inspection. Really enjoyed working with Sian and her team, and will hopefully be working with her again soon!

Sian did the research and background for my particular property to provide advice on the best way to set it up for a successful sale. I found her insights on the market and my location in general was spot on. The recommendations provided were frank but sincere which I appreciated. She then went on to run a sucessful campaign. Always on top of things, listening to my inputs and putting in the hard yards to a successful outcome I think for both parties in the end. Happy to recommend.

It was an easy going experience with the sale of our latest property through Sian Silk-King. She is very personable with high communication skills. When you're selling a property you want to make sure you are in the right hands. I would certainly recommend Sian and her very effective team.
