Having been in the Shoalhaven market for over 15 years, on many occasions I have crossed paths with Jared Cochrane (in particular): I purchased a unit from him circa 2012, and most recently 2024 sold a house directly through Jared. Working together as a team, not only did we achieve a great outcome but also in record time. He has always conducted himself as a genuine gentleman, looking after his contracted customers whilst somehow doing the right thing by potential purchasers.
