Jennifer's market knowledge is unrivalled. She is open, honest, diligent, and very clear about what is needed to be done to achieve the goals set out. Uniquely perhaps, we have experienced Jennifer on both sides of the transaction, as buyers in 2015 and then sellers in 2023. On both occasions Jennifer presented the (same!) home meticulously. As buyers she instilled confidence in us that our purchase was a positive one. She reinforced our position in believing we had found a true hidden gem. The transaction was smooth and we were greeted by a beautiful basket of goodies and bubbles on settlement. Her extra attention was very memorable. More recently, as reluctant sellers, we had contacted Jennifer about annually to test the waters. Over the course of 8 years Jennifer remained in touch, available, friendly, professional and very willing to share her honest feedback on the potential of our home. At no point did Jennifer impose any pressure to sell or to select her. Early 2023 we became serious about our intentions to sell. Jennifer supported us for months in the lead up with no promise made on our end. She researched the market, visited the property, but did so with tact, bearing in mind the tenants living there. She liaised with our property managers and coordinated visits which suited the tenant. She respected the tenants' privacy and the sensitive nature of their needing to find a new home. Jennifer went over & above in assisting the tenants with no commission to her; this is the kind of person she is. Come April Jennifer provided a very clear list of items requiring fixing/painting/sprucing, delving into buyer psychology. Jennifer's marketing campaign, selection of stylist, and pitch, saw a real buzz around our property, with the offer ultimately being written up within days of the first home open. You would be mad to select another agent. I trust Jennifer, & will approach her again as a buyer down the track, as an ultimate sounding board. Thank you Jennifer!

From the initial home open through to the final settlement, Michaela was great to deal with. As first time buyers, she guided us through the process and her communication was excellent. Regularly keeping us informed via email and phone calls. When we experienced some delays with the bank and settlement, Michaela liased well with all involved. This helped put our minds at ease during a stressful time. 100% will use Michaela if we were to sell in the future.
