Nadija did an amazing job selling our house in North Perth. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a property. Excellent communication from start to finish, great eye for styling the property (it looked great) and helpful insights on what improvement we could do to maximise the property value before putting it on the market (on top of that she organised the quotes and oversaw the works as we were interstate for full exterior repaint and gardening very quickly). Can’t recommend highly enough as an agent, the whole process was simple and transparent. With the support of Dan, all interactions were professional and diligent. Available whenever we reached out, and even took care of the smaller things along the way such as minor maintenance which we would have done ourselves, but they did our behalf with us being interstate.
