Sold without listing or opening

We had 2 units to sell and the buyer wanted to move in as soon as possible. Brian managed to switch the buyer to the unit which will be available sooner(not the one the buyer put an offer on) and everything went smooth, everyone is happy. Thank you Brian

Wow! Fantastic service

What can I say? Luke guided us through buying our first home from start to finish. He was always available to to answer our questions and explained the tricky technicalities in a way which was easy to understand. Luke wasn't pushy in anyway whatsoever! Our inspection was so simple and easy. We were able to take our time and ask as many questions as we needed. When we made the offer, Luke got back to us within an hour and the contract was signed shortly afterwards. We couldn't recommend anyone else for buying their first home. Luke, you were fantastic! We hope to work with you again in the future!
