We recently sold my late fathers place. Natalie was extremely professional, she worked with Riley Cunningham, also From Area Specialist. Both came very prepared to our first meeting, complete with recent sales data for the area and a sales plan. They assisted us with finding a painter, who did a great job and was on time, the staging of the house and helping us to locate a very good settlement agent. Both Natalie & Riley worked the 1st home open together because of the volume of people going through the home. The sales result was well and truly above our expectations. I am very happy to recommend Natalie and Riley to anyone looking for an honest and reliable sales professional.

We asked him what we needed to do to maximise the appeal and he gave very good feedback about what did and didn't need improving, to attract a buyer. Considering the amount of re-painting and polishing we thought we should do, he saved us many weeks of unnecessary work. Just focus on what's important. He was very knowledgeable about current market conditions and buyer trends, and he got the house to market in a very short time. Just one home open, and we had numerous offers, and one of those was exactly what we thought the house should sell for. Based on our dealings, Brendan is enthusiastic, realistic, hard-working and honest.
