We chose Jason based on the high quality of his marketing and personal presentation and because he was the agent of the new home we had offered to purchase 'Subject to Sale'. Our Home was not ready for market at the time but we managed to launch just two weeks later with excellent photos, copy writing, signage, and prominent advertising in the the local paper and on-line. Jason or arranged to have the home featured on the front page feature of the local Real Estate paper as an editorial piece. First offers were presented within 2 weeks of the home going to market. Unfortunately the offers were well bellow our expectations, but that was consistent with the lack of activity on the market at the time. A sale price was eventually agreed upon once we agreed on a new price for the home we were purchasing. In the end we felt we did very well with our purchase and sale given the market. Jason is an excellent and frequent communicator by email, text and phone. He uses the latest technology to track and report on buyer interest and this is presented quickly and without fuss. We felt very well informed throughout the whole process. Jason is a consummate professional agent and we recommend him highly.
