Darren managed to squeeze me in with no hassles and was very accommodating to my situation as a FIFO worker on a 2:1 roster. Upon viewing the house, he was very honest and explained everything in great detail to ensure we were both on the same page. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any of my queries, even if it was a phone call at 7pm on a Sunday. If he didn't have an answer he would make sure he found one and got back to me straight away. Darren had sold me my dream home. The result exceeded my expectations, both with price and the time it took to sell. It was a smooth hassle free process. The furniture styling and having home opens on both Saturday and Sunday for a full hour with chocolates and biscuits to welcome prospective buyers was a nice little touch from the agent. A twilight champagne viewing enticed buyers along. Im sure the warm and friendly approach Lisa had, made people feel comfortable.
