The sale of my place was very challenging due to maintenance, repairs and compliance issues needing to be sorted; tenants not leaving on time and leaving things in a bad way; as well as potential buyers changing their mind. Im interstate and Chi really went out of her way to sort things out for me, including dealing with multiple contractors and the council, even tidying things up herself. She made sure I was kept informed in detail of what was happening. It was altogether a very protracted and difficult sale to reasons out of our control but Chi remained patient and optimistic.
