Josh had recent experience selling properties in the area, and when asked for a valuation, he was quick and helpful on this and provided a valuation range I considered to be accurate. Viewed the property and had some good tips about the best way to present the property and was open and understanding about the owners preferences for selling. Documents were easy to sign digitally and the process was very smooth. Josh had good recommendations for Settlement agents, and builder references for sorting any issues.
