My partner and I, both in our early twenties, were trying to purchase our first home. Unfortunately, most real estate agents did not treat us as legitimate buyers. Whilst discussing our home and the marketing techniques that Peter would use to sell our house, we soon got the feeling of his honest approach, and perhaps 'old style' method of showing our home. The 1 hour Home Open was a winner for me (plenty of time for people to see it). He had plenty of information with him also, to justify the price we were to market our home at. When it came time to counter offer the O&A received, Peter took the necessary negotiation in his stride, finally getting us the price that we were happy with.
