I bought my unit in Wembley Downs while still living on the east coast, so trust and good reliable communication was a must. Caleb seemed at the time always trustful and respectful, who has a good u derstanding of the local market I Wembely Downs. I understand Caleb is from a family of Real Estate Agents, which a great reputation. I have recently called Caleb for further advice on my property, there was no showmanship, no stories that I'd like to hear, but a truthful experienced assessment of my property situation.
