From the pre sell stage - prepping our home before sale coordinating minor works with suppliers that needed to be made. This is exceptional service - above and beyond what is expected from a selling agent. During selling - Sonia would constantly update us and was always accessible even though the time difference. Terry's management of our sale, from start to finish, was a pleasant experience. Contrary to our expectations of a long and painful sales period, it was actually a short and not unpleasant one. We were regularly briefed on the state of his negotiations with potential buyers and he clearly explained our obligations and the documentation we needed to facilitate a smooth transition, if a successful outcome was achieved. We were prompted to complete any documentation required, in good time. Most of all, we were thrilled with the sale price, which was very different from what we thought likely, when we engaged Terry to sell our property for us.
