I highly recommend Craig as a realtor. I have to say that his listing pictures were accurate - no funny business with fish eye lenses here! Craig gave us excellent service as the purchaser. He was great with respect to working with the seller for a counter offer. He recommended an excellent solicitor and was always there when we had any questions. We had a very long settlement period (90 days) and he kept in touch throughout. His settlement hamper was absolutely amazing. He’s just an all around nice bloke and his staff were excellent. Roger Loughnan (with his long time helper Monica) persisted with a complex situation involving complex and unknown future expenses and the buyer and myself were able to meet in the middle, with little to go on. Roger handled it perfectly for both buyer and seller, conveyancers and, after a big learning curve, we got there in the end, and everyone managed to remain respectful and helpful for an outcome to satisfy all parties.

Sharolyn worked closely with me in the six month preparation needed to ready my property for sale. As a remote owner, with a property requiring many points of attention pre-sale, Sharolyn was always available to mediate with different trades and stay the course, right up to sale. She is of course professional and knowledgeable about the market like most agents , but she really is so much more.
