Although my unit was on market for well over 12 months, there were several better units within the complex which were more attractive to buyers. More money could have been spent on marketing or auction for a quick sale but given I was not desperate for a quick sale it was all about waiting for other units to sell and eventually the right buyer wanting a unit in a good location at the right price would come along.
