Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout my property journey. From day one, he stood out as someone who is genuinely trustworthy - something that’s unfortunately quite rare in this industry. He took the time to understand my needs, was always transparent, and made sure I felt confident at every step of the process. What really sets Joe apart is how much he genuinely cares. It never felt like just another transaction to him. On top of that, his knowledge of the market is exceptional, and he was able to provide valuable insights that made a real difference in my decision-making. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

From the first time I called Joe Bousimon to make an enquiry, to attending the property inspection, Joe has been humble, helpful, and very professional. I am a first home buyer and have no experience in buying property before, Joe was honest and transparent, he represented the property he was selling very accurately and he is very patient and provided me with guidance throughout the process of buying my first home. I really could not be any happier with Joe.

From the moment we met Joe from Belle Property, we felt like we were dealing with a very thoughtful, considerate and professional team. A plan was implemented to gauge the market, with off-market strategies leading into an on-market approach and Auction. Communication during the process was excellent and although some feedback wasn't what we were hoping for, between both parties, we were able to understand the market and plan the best strategy for Auction Day. During the Auction Day, both Joe, Roger and the Belle Team worked incredibly hard to ensure that we had the best opportunity to sell the house. Based on the clear and concise feedback provided by both Joe and Roger, we were able to confidently be guided by their recommendations on the day, and in turn, the Belle team also included some of our suggestions to enhance the potential outcome. The end result above our expectations and we are delighted with the outcome. We would highly recommend Joe, Roger and the Belle team to anyone wishing to sell their property. Thank you again for your professional approach and guidance. Regards Scott Taylor
