We knew Paul a bit personally before we ever got to a professional relationship. we have bought and sold property before, but not for many years so I was pretty much starting from scratch. Paul guided us through the process, was available as needed and always finished with "is there anything else I can do for you". He helped with getting a skip and provisioning labour to load it, finding cleaners, gardeners and handymen to get things ship shape, and we never felt either pressed or abandoned at any point.
