Communication excellent. Sale offer achieved exceptionally quick. We couldn't be happier with the entire MARQ team.

I met Nik at an Open Home and was immediately impressed by his energy, effective communication skills and friendly approach to the potential buyers present that day. He promptly followed on his offer to come and appraise my property, and gave me an accurate appraisal of the current real estate situation and provided me with a practical marketing strategy. His suggestion that I replace the carpets was a good one, and we proceeded to a well advertised Open Home, which was well attended. I have felt very supported by Nik during the whole process and attribute this to his obvious knowledge of the property market, marketing skills and his friendly approach. The communication was excellent throughout. I would strongly recommend Nik and MARQ for any future property transactions and am hoping to buy a new home with MARQ soon.

Nik was great to deal with. All queries were answered efficiently.
