The whole process from the start of getting the property ready for sale to dealing with him throughout the process was of the highest standard indeed. Sam went above and beyond in everyway possible always answering any questions I had and made the whole process for me very easy and understandable. Sam has a wealth of knowledge of the market, the area and surrounding areas and is very well respected in the industry. I would highly recommend Sam to sell your property he goes out of his way and cares for the vendor and what they are wanting in the sale of their property. All talk - even something as simple as the code to the alarm system was too much trouble - after he'd got his commission. I never got the back door keys and things that were to be fixed (like the letterbox) - weren't done. This was especially disappointing as the agent was the former tenant of the property and had first hand knowledge of these matters. I have waited 8 weeks and haven't had the courtesy of a response to my emails
