My husband and I decided to list our investment property for sale and chose Terri as our agent because of her impressive sales record in the area. Unfortunately during the listing process is was revealed that our tenants had abandoned the house and our managing agent had not been taking care of the property. Terri was there for us every step of the way with advice on how to deal with the other agency. The house was left in a terrible state however Terri and her photographer did a fantastic job presenting the property. We had several offers within 24 hours of listing the house and signed a contract in less then three days. Terri is professional, charismatic, very experienced, knowledgeable and well connected. In spite of the issues Terri secured a fantastic price for the house and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Very impressed and grateful, we couldn't recommend anyone better! Thank you Terri!!
