Buying a house can be very stressful (for me, being the first time buying a house on my own) and she helped me understand the process and provided guidance every step along the way. Marsha is very prompt and clear in her communication and tasks were completed without delays. She managed the negotiations between myself and the seller very well and we were able to come to a resolution in a timely manner. Overall, I had a very good experience with Marsha and I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Marsha was genuinely committed to achieving the best possible price for my property. She travelled every weekend to hold open home presentations of my property and kept me updated of progress of my selling journey at every opportunity, sometimes going above and beyond to keep me informed and organising the little things that make a big difference when you are buying or selling a property. Marsha had great marketing strategies, real estate knowledge which she demonstrated from the get-go. She was a pleasure to deal with. My cat even loved her!

As usual nothing was too much trouble and help was given over the whole buy. I would recommend Chris Wease to everyone either buying or selling a property.
