She even helped style the apartment, including hanging sheers at the last minute with me to ensure it was presented beautifully for market. Throughout the entire process, Olivia communicated clearly and consistently, keeping me informed every step of the way. For the first time, I felt completely confident handing over the advertising campaign without feeling the need to micromanage — something I have always felt necessary with other agents.
